Cheese Ball W/Raspberry Preserves

1/2 pound chunk American cheese, grated
1/2 pound chunk Cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup pecan chips, optional
5 to 6 chopped green onions, (those little scallion
6 ounce jar raspberry preserves
Ritz type crackers, or crackers of your choice
Mix cheeses together. Then add the pecan chips,

2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
1 bunch green onions thinly sliced
1/3-1/2 cup of green stuffed olives, chopped
1-2 packages of thinly slice corn beef or smoked ham
Lawry's garlic salt to taste
A couple of splashes of Worcestershire sauce
Soften cream cheese. Mix well with a fork, then add onions,
olives, thinly shredded meat, garlic salt and Worcestershire
sauce. Mix well, Add a

2 X 8oz/2 X 250 g Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 cups/500 ml Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsps/10 ml Onion Flakes
1 tsp/5 ml Cayenne Pepper
Pecans or walnuts, finely chopped
Measure first 7 ingredients into bowl.
Shape into ball. Roll in nuts.
Put cocktail knives and crackers nearby so guests can dig right in.
Leftovers may be reshaped, rewrapped and frozen if
