Cocktail Cheese Ball Recipe
8 oz Neufchatel cheese, softened
1/4 c Plain nonfat yogurt
4 oz Shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz shredded swiss cheese
2 tsp Prepared horseradish
1 tsp Country-style Dijon Mustard
1/4 c Chopped fresh parsley
Combine Neufchatel cheese and yogurt in large bowl. Beat at med speed until
smooth. Add cheddar cheese and next 4 ingredients; stir well.
Cover, chill at
Cream Cheese, room Temperature
2 X 8oz/2 X 250 g Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 cups/500 ml Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsps/10 ml Onion Flakes
1 tsp/5 ml Cayenne Pepper
Pecans or walnuts, finely chopped
Measure first 7 ingredients into bowl.
Shape into ball. Roll in nuts.
Put cocktail knives and crackers nearby so guests can dig right in.
Leftovers may be reshaped, rewrapped and frozen if
