2 - 8oz. pkgs cream cheese -
1 small can crushed pineapple (8 1/2 oz.) -
2 cups finely chopped pecans
1/4 cup finely chopped green bell
2 T. finely chopped onion
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir
in 1 cup pecans and other ingredients.
Shape into a ball. Roll in the remaining
1 cup of pecans. Wrap in foil and
refrigerate for several hours before

1/2 cup finely shredded carrots
